On this special day, we want to take a moment to celebrate Arlin's journey with Farmers of Salem.  It’s been a pleasure having her on board, and we’re grateful for the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm she brings to the Underwriting Department.

Arlin was hired in March 2020 as an Underwriting Assistant.  Two weeks after she was hired, all Farmers employees were quarantined due to Covid.  It's hard to image how scary that was to be hired at a new company and two weeks later, everyone is sent home, for who knows how long.  Arlin had to be trained through zoom calls, which could be a challenge.  Arlin was able to learn the duties of an Underwriting Assistant and earn her Promotion to Personal Lines Underwriter in July 2023.

Arlin earned her AINS Designation in March 2023 and is currently working on earning the API Designation.  

Thank you for being a wonderful coworker.  We appreciate you and look forward to you being with Farmers of Salem for many more years.
